Our Founder -Scott Taschner
Scott is an advanced level planning consultant with 25+ years experience in both the private and public sectors. He has been the point-man for many development projects and over his decades in public service he has formed many personal & professional relationships with a multitude of local public officials, planners, building officials, commissioners, council members, as wells as local architects, engineers, contractors, environmental consultants, etc. Scott has been very active in his career taking hundreds of development projects of all sizes and complexity to local Planning Commission's, City Council's and County Supervisor's for project approvals and entitlements. He has been called “our quarterback” by many of his clients and has a particular expertise in resolving issues and ensuring project's get to a level that will be profitable for the developer and a good project for the communities in which they're planned.
